For all UK and European orders, please take these steps:

1. Using the information on our site, choose colors, kits, etc.
2. Email your order, name and mailing address to faeriebeads@gmail.com
3. Shipping will be UK £5 and €10
4. We will get back to you with a total price as well as a link to make an easy online payment through PayPal (no account needed)
5. When payment is received, we will post from UK for a more timely delivery
6. We have a No Refund policy, but will be glad to exchange colors, with a shared cost of shipping fees
